Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from LRBFS Ltd. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

To initiate a return, please email us at lockrightbolts@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts, we may offer a partial refund or deny the return based on our assessment.

🚚 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or faulty product), we will cover return shipping.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • If the item has been broken using an impact gun or not held straight when fitting the item

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at lockrightbolts@gmail.com.
